    Gorgeous inside and out; I could live in it as-is. As Daniel mentioned, artificial turf in the backyard would have been a good idea, considering the climate. Otherwise I really like it.

    Nice except the pool area. I don’t get the grass around the pool. Even if it’s fully grown grass and no dirt, there’s still going to be stuff on your feet when you go in the pool. Dumb.
