This amenity filled estate is located at 8929 Harvest Square Court in Potomac, MD. It is situated on 2 acres with another 2+ acres available separately for purchase which would make for endless possibilities. Built in 2001, the Colonial style mansion features approximately 17,350 square feet of living space with 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen, great room home office, gym, home theater, home theater, 6-car garage and a full size indoor basketball court behind the garage. The resort style backyard features a patio, swimming pool with spa and waterfall, putting green, volleyball court, shuffleboard/horseshoe pit/tetherball area and a tennis court on the separate lot that’s for sale.

The interior is obviously outdated, but I like the bones of the house. Plus, it’s a good price for the size of the home and all the amenities included.

This is an Americanized British Mansion

The ‘classic’ style exterior hides the cold modern interior, only it is more sprawling and uglier.

I guess the biggest amenity is pure ugliness…this house has *tons* of it.

It is a lot of square feet for the money. I’d rather have fewer more attractive square feet.

Ugly and looks dated, I would have thought it was much older than 2001 to be honest. The pool is nice though and the price is okay.

It has lots of nice, well watered grass.

It’s one of those homes that clearly was added onto extensively and ends up looking disjointed in the process. The amenities, on paper, sound attractive but the end result is so “blah” that it just doesn’t matter. This is a LOT of square footage for the price, especially in Potomac on this much land, but it’s just not attractive at all.

Every single one of you would take that house in a second. It is not ugly!
