The ‘classic’ style exterior hides the cold modern interior, only it is more sprawling and uglier.
I guess the biggest amenity is pure ugliness…this house has *tons* of it.

It is a lot of square feet for the money. I’d rather have fewer more attractive square feet.
Ugly and looks dated, I would have thought it was much older than 2001 to be honest. The pool is nice though and the price is okay.
It has lots of nice, well watered grass.
It’s one of those homes that clearly was added onto extensively and ends up looking disjointed in the process. The amenities, on paper, sound attractive but the end result is so “blah” that it just doesn’t matter. This is a LOT of square footage for the price, especially in Potomac on this much land, but it’s just not attractive at all.
