Eh. Furniture is pretty bad.
Quaint exterior, and I like some of the rustic details. The interior also has some nice rustic details, but the furnishings are not good. Ditch the very pedestrian furniture and window treatments and it could be lovely. The proximity to “downtown” RSF is nice.
Sold in 2010 for 3 million less, not sure what warrants the price increase.
Is this a single story house? If so, that’s some nice square footage on one level.
