I don’t understand the tilt-shift pic of the exterior. What a silly thing to do for a listing photo. I do like the exterior of the house even though it’s not groundbreaking. I like how it appears to be more in the hillside than on it.

The interior has some great spaces, but it needs a new decorator. My one real complaint with the interior is that it feels busy. Between the complex ceilings and the wall angles in some spaces, it feels like there’s too much going on.

It’s a very cool house, but I just could not live in something that you pull up to is nothing but driveway and an overlook. Go look at the Streetview. How horrid. Like…it doesn’t have a front. The view is incredible, the rear is awesome, the interior is appropriate…but I would need to have a front facade.

Jesus this is sterile, I feel like I need to scrub in before I was able to walk in this place. I kind of like it though and the price is not bad relatively. I could not live in it though, this would be the house I threw parties in and then after they were done I would retreat to my normal traditional house elsewhere.

There are several things I like about this house. I would certainly add a lot more colour to it if it was mine – but it’s not surprising to see it start out as basic builders white. What is surprising, and to me, just plain weird, is the parking. The garage isn’t at street level, it’s actually below street level. If you look closely at the first picture in the above series at full magnification you’ll see that they’ve built an elevated concrete driveway down to the first level of the house. Which had to be very expensive, and will likely be expensive to maintain over time. Which is weird enough, but after all the expense, why only a 2 car garage? I know I’m a bit of a car nut, but I have a hard time imagining the person living in that house owning less than 2 cars, in fact I could easily see them owning 3 or more. So if you’re going to spend all that money on a complicated parking solution, why not build a big garage where they can keep a few cars, plus bikes, tools, and the other usual garage clutter that always seems to take up one spot.

It’s just amazing. I love the sterile architecture.
The kitchen seems so simple and that’s the reason I like it.
Taio Cruz filmed “Hangover” in this mansion.

It doesn’t have any character. It just feels like a hospital to me.
