Love it. A unique property with a great history that’s been carefully restored. I would change some wall colors but otherwise I’m happy to see it preserved. Fantastic part of Palm Beach on a great lot.

Love the house. Some of the color choices inside are questionable, but also easily fixed. I’m not a fan of the painted cypress in the dining room and hallway, but I could live with them. The kitchen needs to be gutted and started over; not only are cabinets of dubious quality, the layout isn’t good. Otherwise, I’m glad that it’s been restored instead of being replaced.

I like that it’s lakefront so that a boat can be kept behind the house. But, doesn’t the price seem a little high for something not on the ocean, on a relatively small lot?
