DAMN! You totally had me fooled! I though this was some kind of office building! I’m thinkin…nice front entrance, and lobby. Where is the building concierge? It’s great if you want your mansion to look like a high end plastic surgeons office park…

Mak hit the nail on the head. Anyone pulling up to this would think you bought a medical office and converted it into a single-family home. With that said, I do like the feel of the place. I think it’s a bit dramatic. Interior looks like it needs to be completely remodeled though. And those Persian rugs are so wrong in a space like this, in my opinion.

The interior looks like that of a high school. The exterior looks like an office. Despite that, I actually don’t mind it. It’s less pretentious than most contemporary homes I’ve seen.

I was waiting for someone to make the office complex comment, and I’m glad it was you Mak! It is dramatic, but it’s too commercial looking for my tastes. I do really like how it’s sited on the property and like the feel of it spilling down the slope. The interior looks stuck in the early 1990s and needs some help, but it could be really interesting with some updating. What I can’t get past are the terrible quality of the listing photos. For $20 million there’s no excuse for having such bad photos.
