Well, at least they painted it before putting it on the market (it was a very strong coral color before). I like the exterior with the exception of that porte-cochere. It doesn’t look that exaggerated from the street but up close it is pretty obnoxious. I’d chop the top of it off. The interior….ugh. I wish they kept it more contemporary as it was originally intended rather than throwing in Fauxterranean furniture. The wall of windows in the living room is spectacular though. This definitely would benefit from a major revamp on the inside. Price is on par for the area.

The porte-cochere is laughably large. It’s hard to keep those structures from making a house look like a mid-price motel, and this one didn’t succeed in doing that. The interior looks very dated, and very mundane.

I kind of like it and the price is not completely insane. I would rip out the staircase and the kitchen, but other than that, it is mostly fine the way it is.

This home looks like it is ready for spring. I really do not like the room the pool table is in, but then again, I am not a pool player. Also, I would use different colors in the kitchen.
