#3 - Tech mogul Gary Winnick is reportedly in talks to sell his “Casa Encantada” estate in Beverly Hills, CA for a mind-numbing $225 million. Gary bought the estate back in 2000 for $94 million.
#4 - New Jersey’s largest house, Villa Collina, is worth $34 million according to a judge. The 55,000 square foot mega mansion is located in Moorestown, NJ and is owned by banking mogul Vernon Hill.

$225 million? Oh hell no. If that’s the case then whoever is buying that, I have a limited edition set of dishes from Bed Bath & Beyond that you can buy for $932,000. I’ll throw in a paper towel holder for free.
Casa Encantada is absolutely gorgeous, but the price must be nothing more than an attempt at free publicity. While people have paid stupid prices for houses at times, that’s by far the stupidest and I can’t imagine there’s any way he’ll get it. That is, unless a rich Russian decides he wants a house on a golf course.
