The interior sucks. But the floor plan is definitely workable.

It’s not THAT bad lol. I agree, I like how open everything is. I kind of like how the 3 bedrooms are located off the playroom/den. It’s a perfect setup for kids.

Horrible interior. They tried to put in some interesting details, but it comes off looking very cheap. The layout…well, it’s a loft so the open public rooms are nothing special. It’s shocking that 8’x10′ rooms are considered acceptable, with 4,000 square feet to work with. What do you tell guests who come for the weekend? “Welcome, here’s your closet…err bedroom.”

Hate it. Hate everything about it.

This place feels quintessential, comfortable, “old school” Tribeca — exposed brick, original ceilings, lots of wood and other textures left intact — the way the lofts down there used to be, before starchitects started gutting everything and replacing it with stark, white, boring, monochromatic hard surfaces. Bet it’s been a great family home. (I assume they’re now off to Scarsdale or Glen Cove or Greenwich.)

Yikes. 8′ X 10′? There are prison cells larger than that. This is too “struggling-artist-yet-lives-in-a-$6 million-apartment” chic for me. Decor is too Bohemian.
