This luxurious 4-level home is located in Grosvenor Gardens Mews North, London, UK. It features approximately 10,883 square feet of interior living space and 2,536 square feet of exterior living space. The ground floor features a entry foyer with sweeping curved staircase and water features, a guest bathroom, home office, wine room, eat-in gourmet kitchen, utility room with half bathroom, garden courtyard with outdoor fireplace and an open concept living/dining/family room area that all surround an interior courtyard. The 1st floor features the master suite with private terrace as well an additional bedroom suite. The 2nd floor features 3 bedroom suites. The lower level features a staff bedroom suite with kitchen, gym, half bathroom, home theater and an indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, bathroom and steam room.
Now this is a gorgeous and beautifully decorated home. I love the fact that the main reception rooms revolve around an interior courtyard; brings the outdoors indoors. You don’t see a feature like that too often. The rooms are quite spacious (as they should be for $53 million) and I love the neutral/elegant decor and color choices. It’s not over-the-top gaudy or too modern like you see in some of these London homes.

Very nice. At first I thought it was a beautiful gut renovation, but the listing says it is a new property . Pretty hip for London townhouse… there will be no tea service with the dames here
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY !!!!!!!!
It’s nice, but not $55 million nice.
It’s beautiful. I really like the interior, and the location is beyond superb. I’m not sure why the dining room isn’t next to the kitchen (not the first London house we’ve seen with that setup). The price is steep, but it doesn’t seem out of line for a 10,000 square foot freehold house right in the heart of London.
Inorite? That dining room is in the wrong place. Why would you want people (family or staff) to have to schlep food through the family room to get to the dining table?
No garage though. Where do you put the McLaren?
Kind of kewl otherwise.
Woops…there’s the garage. One car though (or maybe two if you have a lift but there’s no pic, so who knows…)
You keep the Aston in the garage, the Phantom goes to the chauffeur’s house when you’re done with it for the day (with the driver on-call of course), and the rest of the fleet stays in a nice big garage on the grounds of the country house for use outside the city.
Oh yea…I forgot this is just for hanging out when you’re in the city. Duh….;-)
Is this a detached property?
I do not think that courtyard has a spa. I believe it is just glass looking over the swimming pool. My reason for thinking this is because of the furniture placement. The seats are right at the edge of (what was thought to be the water line). It would be impossible to move around without falling in. Look at the reflections . . .
You’re right! I can’t believe I thought it was a spa, my bad -_-
These are all CGI, right? Or has reality taken a distinct step towards ‘virtuality’?
