Exterior is ghastly but I really do like the interior.

I generally like it, but there are a few things that need some help. The landscaping in the front is not just sad, it’s tragic. What’s up with a $22,000,000 house showcasing weeds in the front?

Inside, it has a lot of potential, but it needs to be warmed up, a lot. I don’t like that the front door opens practically into the dining room, and that would be hard to fix. Otherwise, with a little more warmth and character, it could be beautiful.

The view is typically spectacular for West Vancouver, but the price is not so spectacular.

Obviously this picture was taken when construction was not 100% completed.

Canadian prices people. Vancouver is amongst the worst in the world. American scale value for money doesn’t exist in the key cities of Canada, Australia, New Zealand despite them not being as high density like europe/asia etc.

I personally find the interior of this house like a luxe (or just brand new) multiplex or something and is a bit too shiny and straight edges for me. But not horrible just a lil corporate.

That said I enjoy this house is a lil crazy on the outside and is not just another Mock whatever. And it does suit Vancouver’s quirky mixed architecture etc.
