This beautiful waterfront mansion is located on Clay Court in Rumson, NJ and was shown on an episode of HGTV’s “Million Dollar Rooms”. It was built by Polo Master Builders and is owned by Warren Diamond, who is the CEO of American Real Estate Management, a developer of commercial and residential real estate in New York and New Jersey. The gated home features a motor court and a boat dock. There is approximately 16,000 square feet of living space with a sunken formal living room with parquet floors, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen, family room, home office with aquarium, gym, a home theater, two terraces, outdoor pizza oven, a swimming pool, spa, a 2+ car garage and much more.
The coolest feature of the home, which was shown on Million Dollar Rooms, is the entertainment room. It features a mahogany bar, hidden disco ball in the ceiling and a massive 20,000 gallon aquarium!

I have never seen an article on a house that compares to this. WOW. My only concern is after Sandy, will this house flood?
I have never seen a house that I love like this. My only concern is flooding, after Sandy, I would have concerns about the Jersey shore.
Exterior ain’t bad with the exception of that GIANT carport(?). I see the two-car garage, where is the rest? The interior looks like they were going for an old-world feel but something is off with it.
I’m shocked at the lack of garage space, unless that’s a double deep garage.
LOVE the aquarium, i just always wondered how you maintain that, or feed the fish.
It’s not bad, not nearly as bad as I was expecting. I like a lot of the interior spaces, although I agree with Daniel that there’s something “off” about it…can’t put my finger on exactly what though. I was expecting the interior to be more over the top, and I’m glad that it’s not. Regarding the garage, I would guess that there may be additional garages under the carport-looking thing, but if you look at the front elevation, there appears to be an entrance to a subterranean garage on the front of the garage wing. I’d guess that’s where the bulk of the garage space is.
The architecture to me has the appearance of being a cross between a country club and a vintage hotel. There is certainly meeting rooms for groups and members. Watching the fish would be relaxing and they say it can lower blood pressure. At the bar, I want a rum and cola, a long with a soup and sandwich of the day.
Nice house and the aquarium is amazing. The problem is you have to find someone who is willing to take on what must be Herculean maintenance for that thing.
I’d love to get a peek of the floor plan of this one, just to see how they’ve put it together.
