    The first place is awesome, only I’d want an acre of land on each side of the estate, walled of course. I’d throw in a putting green, tennis court, expansive lawn, perhaps a guest house or oceanfront bunkhouse. I’d also add more flora/fauna in front for complete privacy.

    There’s a Disney feel to every one of the renderings; they all seem to go just a little too far into fantasy land. The underlying design principle seems to be “If less is more, then think how much more more will be.”
