Not loving that terra cotta tile inside. If you change that out, you have a pretty nice home.

I quite like the house. The furnishings are horrible and whoever chose the living room sofas should be punished. The only thing I really don’t like about the house is the boulders by the pool. They look like they’ve simply been stuck there and don’t feel integrated into the pool/terrace design.

I think the interior choices ruin this house for me. It went downhill with the kitchen dining nook curtians and then the curtains everywhere else. The interior stone wall treatments in pictures 7,(esp. 11), 16 and 17 and the ugly tiled floors are unforgivable. The indoor jacuzzi room would not be my first place to choose to sit and watch tv-if totally fails as a dual purpose room. And that foyer fountain….. ugh!

I just don’t like any aspect of this home. 2008? It looks like it was built in 1978.

Lol, it really does look that way with the tile flooring and everything. The movie theater/rec room is especially tacky. Overall the home isn’t bad (especially the exterior) but the interior looks like your typical suburban Midwestern house circa 1978.
