Very comfortable looking place. I find the home theater particularly well done. Nice.

    Very...Southern.
Side note: Has anyone noticed that listing photos in the Atlanta area are typically de-saturated by about 10% or so, and listing photos in Florida, Arizona, New Jersey, etc are over-saturated by about 10%?

I have noticed that. I guess it's different approaches to marketing to different customers. The under-saturated pics say calm, serene, and quiet. I notice those in many pics of houses in Montecito and of the more tasteful houses in Dallas. The over-saturated pics say glitz, glam, gloss, and gaudy (alliteration was not intended there). If realtors think it makes their houses look more exciting, they're wrong.

Nice house. The furnishings are too traditional for my tastes, but it's beautiful. This looks like a place where people actually live, but that doesn't keeping it from being tasteful and elegant.
