This waterfront mansion is located at 2429 Casa de Marbella Drive in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and was built in 1992. It features a large motor court with fountain. Inside offers approximately 10,761 square feet of living space with 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, 2-story formal living room, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen with two islands, breakfast room, family room, 2nd floor computer loft, billiards/media room with wet bar, gym, 4-car garage and more. Outdoor spaces include a covered dining patio with built-in BBQ, covered sitting area, infinity swimming pool with spa, tennis court and a boat dock.

My favorite rooms are the 2-story living room and gourmet kitchen. The outdoor spaces are quite nice too. It’s pretty nice overall for an older home.

Kitchen and family room ain’t bad. Rest is generic and uninspired.

Back in 1992 when the Frenchman’s Creek neighborhood was being developed this was a very serious house at 10,761 sq ft ! Today, this seems like an average mc-mansion for Florida. Coffered ceilings look great and I love the pale blue and pale green wall colors complimenting the white.

The exterior is just another unimaginative mock-Med that are a dime a dozen in Florida. The interior isn’t as offensive but it’s nothing special.

The next door neighbors put in a sand beach…jet ski access perhaps?
