Living room ain’t bad but the rest looks very generic. The speakers and air vents everywhere are incredibly distracting.
Tough sell with all the empty lots around.
Very true.
It has some nice spaces, and some decent details, but most of it’s very plain. I do like the light wood floors. I do hate Newport Coast.
I like this house. It is understated and I think will stand the test of time beautifully.
Why is a 23 year old New Jersey Blogger posting a Newport Coast listing?
The home looks magnificent and looks like it is priced right for the location, upgrades, view and this market.
Congrats Chris and Craig
I’m 22, not 23, and what’s wrong with me posting a home from Newport Coast? Are you new to this blog? because I don’t post JUST New Jersey homes.
What do Kenny’s age and location have to do with this, or any particular, house? You realize that the Internet reaches across state lines and isn’t limited to people over 30, don’t you?
Judging by your first sentence, I’m hoping we won’t be seeing you around here again.
WTF? What is the appropriate age that Kenny or any other blogger from New Jersey should be able to blog about a home? I have been coming here for awhile and I did not even know his age, kind of stalkerish dude.
What are you congratulating them for, building a house, listing a house? People do it everyday, not a big deal. Maybe if you brown nose some more you might get the listing.
Stalker much? The other posters summed up your foolishness pretty well…
Hey Kenny! What happened to “The Remodeling of the Manor” post?
Yet again another disappointing Newport Coast home. Will they ever get the price, lot, and architecture right?
I’m guessing not…I’m still waiting for that mythical appealing Newport Coast home. Not sure I’ll ever get it.
Well, isn’t Paul Merage’s house in Newport Coast? I think most can agree that his house is quite nice.
I was going to post a link to his house but it seems the architect has taken it down. Merage’s is one of my all-time favorties. Dean Koontz’s house is also in the neighborhood, and something tells me the interior is nothing short of extraordinary. Can’t find any pics of it though.
