Looks like a very cool place to visit. Owning it, however, looks like a hassle.

I’d love to visit, but not a chance in hell I’d ever own it.

I don’t think the interior is anything like the castles in France sadly :-/ haha

If you factor in the number of Victoria Secret super models that are from Brazil, this may be the best place on earth to live.

I’m thinking you can have absolutely no wrap but still get plenty of pus*y if you own a castle . Maybe find that chick with the long hair named ‘Rapunzel’ to party with ?

Would like to see some interior photos. Looks like a lego build, but I like it. Would love to meet the guy/gal who commissioned this. Obvioulsy trying for a Tyrolean castle look. Definitely a landmark build.

Geez and I thought the ultra rich Mexicans were bad in terms of real estate tastes.

It looks plastic from a distance. I’m sure it’s cool to look at up close, but it feels like it’s missing something.

LOL, now that’s a proper castle, it just needs a moat and drawbridge. Actually I think it would be much better without that central tower, the proportions and shape are all wrong up there!

This is laughably awful. Why hasn’t anybody torn this place apart in their comments yet??? It looks like a cross between a fucking Disney resort and an outlet mall, except several times worse. Hey, brilliant idea: let’s build a mock castle and try to make the stone look as much like wallpaper as possible, and when we’re done let’s surround it by bargain basement blacktop asphalt, 360 degrees around the place. Oh shit, we need garages. Let’s build a series of shacks that wouldn’t look out of place down a back alley in Camden, New Jersey. The main body of the castle? Let’s make it try to look as much like a prison guard tower as possible. Honestly, I could go on but I won’t waste any more of my time. I think it’s a blessing that we’re not provided with any interior pics. It’s not worth seeing.

I agree with Ben. This place could be really really cool, but they seriously screwed up. The outside is as boring as it gets, why not use different colored bricks or what not, give it some life? And imagine if the blacktop were a moat instead..now that would be cool. But from what we can see, I just don’t know why they made the outside sooooo boring.

I saw this in a city forum a few years ago, and it really made me curious. I never thought I would find out more about it. Looking at it, it resembles a goofy hotel you would find at Disney world or an amusement park set. I would ordinarily despise something like this, but 80,000 ft^2 for only 15 million. I don’t think the breakers would sell for 15 mil.

This mansion is at such a level of tackiness and excessiveness that it would even put any and every west coast monstrosity to shame.

People, this is very strange castle just outside but is incredibly large in interior.36 suites is a lot and master suite is a triplex that has 1250 square feet, moreover the castle is not completely finalized since 1990 and has no furniture.
the reason for this cost is that so little is located in a deserted area in the woods, not in a big city. and he also was not built to be a house was to be a resort hotel but the owner decided not to do.

Suddenly this place makes sense. If the part about being a resort hotel is accurate, I can get my head around this better.

He has more than 30 types of marble in the bathrooms and Brazilian grand ballrooms, two lifts a huge industrial kitchen, just missing a lot to him to be finalized, finishing the ceiling, wall, floor, the cellar, the painting ta he virtually abandoned since 1990 and as I’ve said a hotel was to be not just a house.

Brazilian TV show did an article about the castle. I have the link to YouTube.

Thanks for the link. On second thought, I don’t even want to visit. Looks like a great place to get sick. An honest to goodness shame that so many materials (wood, marble, etc.) were wasted on this. Even a bigger shame was the surrounding flora and fauna that was cleared to make way for this. A blight on the side of a mountain and nothing else.
