While I don’t normally care for the contemporary style, its quite lovely. Not perfect, but still very nice.

Between the design and natural materials, this is my favorite moderately priced house you’ve listed. I would actually buy this one, if I had any excuse to move to AZ. Every room and space has interesting and unique elements and also some fascinating sculptural elements added. Fantastic indoor pool. Maybe I’ll make an offer but the wife will never go…..

I agree, it’s architecturally beautiful. You definitely should make an offer on it! 😉

So this is the new Seasons 52/municipal airport they’re offering, correct?

I like the idea of this and appreciate all the natural materials. But, I just can’t seem to like the actual house. I know it would look a lot nicer with a proper interior installed, but i can’t get excited about it.

Good, then you won’t be submitting a higher (or lower) offer.

It’s all yours 😉 The fact that it’s in Arizona disqualified it immediately for me anyway.
