Almost $12 million for non-waterfront? No thank you.
The house itself doesn’t look bad, but I’d get rid of the indoor and outdoor sports courts first thing.
Sweet pad.But yeah it should at least be on a waterway with massive dockage…if not beachfront for that kind of money.It’s on the wrong side of Old Cutler road for that kind of ask.
While I agree a house like this deserves some sort of view, the lot does look bigger than some others.
Side note: I’d *love* to see more pictures of the massive compound 2 street north of this home. Home looks somewhat like a mausoleum or bank…
