Really dislike those wood floors. The rest ain’t bad.
It has possibilities. The landscaping is horrendous.
The front facade looks very institutional. It’s mostly the garage wing causing the problem, but it’s really terrible. The interior has potential to be a very nice casual house.
Institutional is a good word for the facade, but, dare I say it….it looks a tad cheap to my eye as well. Interior does nothing to impress me, but it doesn’t offend either.
Kinda’ plain looking place for Coral Gables.Perfect place for a low profile high volume drug dealer…or corrupt Latin American bureaucrat/politico. Do like the kitchen.
Exterior is terrible-even the pool area. Nice kitchen.
