A stunning titan of industry. Really quite a home and in this neighborhood are IMHO some of the best in Houston. Perhaps a tad over the market but will sell relatively quick, I’d bet. Houston has been heating up in this range for a few quarters now. The decor hits the right note for me and the the new owner could only hope to match this look. Thanks for featuring.

I think it’s beautiful. I like the interior and really appreciate the properly done monochromatic theme. It’s classy and comfortable looking.
The exterior doesn’t light my fire. But i will give kudos to the decorator. Nice restraint and pleasing choice of colors. Nothing really jarring. Very soothing. Houston has some big money but they tend to go way over the top. This is Texas after all. IMO Houstons mansions are some of the best in the country if you pick the right ones.

$15 million is a bit high, especially for an area that isn’t Memorial, River Oaks, or The Woodlands, but its a nice house and with the booming Houston economy it’ll sell relatively quick. Its a stunner. I love it.
