Not bad. The view is amazing!
At this price/location, it should have its own pool, which it doesn’t appear to have. At least a few bikini babes should have been staged on the terrace. And speaking of staged, this place cries out for decent staging. It is too much of a blank palette. Still, pretty nice, although I don’t know the area.
The view is nice, and it looks like a decent starting point for a nice apartment.
Classic Miami. Sweeping, smooth, clean like the beach and the horizon.
Only thing beautiful about this is the view. So cold, very uncomfortable looking. Nice office building!
