It’s a very typical RSF house, but it’s not a bad example of such. The view is nice, since not every RSF house has a great view. The interior has some potential, but the furnishings and window treatments are insipid, at best. The underlying bones could be worked into a somewhat rustic but elegant house.
The outdoors areas are nice and I like the grotto and outdoor room. But, why is there a hot tub in the middle of the damn pool?! And, why is there a TV in the grotto? Can people not be away from TV for even a few minutes?
Not bad at all. Some of the stuff is too Disney-esque for me, but most is nice. I would have made the front face a bit taller/bigger. It disappears with the current canary palms blocking most of it.
The long fountain leading to the entrance is a very cool touch. Too much carpet for me and I don’t like the pattern of the travertine tiles. Once again, a great kitchen is featured on this site.
The hot tub is great. Kicking back, watching the game with my favorite beverage. Thats nice.
All these Mediterranean type houses in California annoy me.
Like this estate alot. Inside is nice and stylish, although I’d make a few changes with the furnishings. LOVE the outdoor areas, party time for sure!! That pool area is massive, and since I’m a former club pro, I love the putting green as well.
