It’s a very typical Hamptons style, but that’s not a bad thing. The exterior seems well-done for the style and isn’t overdone. I like that it has a dock, which is missing from a lot of Hamptons waterfront houses.

The inter has some potential. It looks cool and calm, and I like the dark wood floors. Hopefully whatever furnishings are installed will keep that feel. As everyone else has said, the kitchen is nice and I like the diamond-pane window.

As kitchen centric person…I approve. That ceiling is a nice touch. Rarely do you see something so decidedly pure and reserved in the capability, but classy and clean for a timeless look.

A lot of new construction in this area over the past 3 yrs. Stunning stuff all around. On this one, brilliant move for the developer – do a single tear down and put two new ones in to take advantage of the lot. Nicely done, although this could’ve been so much more if the lot had been left intact. Well, everyone has their chance.

As for that “on the water” component, I suppose that technically you can go with it, but reality seems like you get to drink the backwash of the Bay here. No comment on dock depth, nor do they bill it as anything other than jet skis and a ski boat perhaps. A shame but understandable.

I wonder if car lifts going to continue to make 2 car into 4 car for price bounce. A bothersome trend in this price range.
