Home #3 is the Jeff Smith designed, Bunny Williams furnished, Davis General Contracting built home at 1341 S. Ocean Blvd in Palm Beach. If I had to guess, I’d say home number one is on Indian Creek Island. Love all the models, would definitely have one of these built for me if I was building my dream home.

They are all awesome! But definitely #1. That place is spectacular.
Number 1 is by far the best. I am in love.
Model number 3 is my personal favorite. I love the location of the pool, the large uninterrupted rear lawn, and the extra privacy afforded by the gate house.
The design of #1 is amazingly tasteful by Florida standards – heck, by the standards of anywhere but the old money Northeast. (and, of course, Europe) Notice how those dormers don’t look crowded onto the roofline as they do in the hideous Utah POS I commented on earlier today…btw I hadn’t even noticed this post before I made that comment. The round dormers are quite dashing on this facade. Bravo to the architect.

Beautiful models and beauties both #1 and #3. Stunningly elegant but who am I kidding, I could somehow find a way begrudgingly at first to be quite happy in any of them.
