Adrienne Maloof, star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and her plastic surgeon husband Paul Nassif have just put their French Chateau style mansion on the market. Located across the street from castmember Lisa Vanderpump’s former residence (which sold for $19 million last year), the lavish 18,000+ square foot gated mansion is located at 54 Beverly Park Way in the exclusive gated community of Beverly Park in Los Angeles, CA. It was designed by renowned Landry Design group (who has designed a lot of the homes in Beverly Park) and built in 2000. The home features 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, wine cellar, home theater and more. The manicured 2 acres of grounds feature a swimming pool, tennis court and a pool/guest house. It is listed at $26,000,000 and is listed with Mauricio Umansky, the husband of fellow castmember Kyle Richards.

Well, let’s just say it looked better in the show then it does in the still photographs (Honestly Mauricio – invest in a photographer!). I actually really like the exterior. The details look nice and it doesn’t look incredibly tacky. The fountains flanking the entrance are a nice touch. The landscaping also looks well done. I think the exterior is much nicer than the former Vanderpump home.

The interior – oh boy. It isn’t horrible *IF* you rip out the rugs, remove every single piece of furniture, and repaint most of the walls. The details are there – the wood floors look nice, the crown moldings (with the exclusion of the gilded ones) look okay. Hand this over to a skilled designer and it could be great, even though it would look like another signature home from Landry. One thing that absolutely puzzles me: Why are there dozens of those $3 spotlights scattered around the living areas? Do the high-hats and chandeliers really not provide enough light? Our exterior motion lights are nicer.

i don’t think the exterior is half as nice as Vanderpump’s former home. And the interior is awful. I think it would look ok if you totally redo the interior and refurnish but I don’t think that would be good enough for me. I’d totally gut the interior and completely redo it using better quality materials. Also that ceiling in the master bedroom is shaped really weird so i’d redo that too. And I’d bulldoze the front entry and totally change it around and redo the exterior facade and I’d re-pave the grounds and put in a new fountain and probably just dig up the grounds all together and completely re-pave and re-landscape everything from scatch. Better yet I’d probably just bull doze the whole house and dig up all the grounds down to the dirt and start over from scratch lol.

Stunning facade, however I can see this properly being slightly overbearing and overdone. The bedroom is hideously tacky looking in comparison to a slightly classy and rich looking dinning room. The grounds don’t appear to be 2 acres, they haven’t used the space well enough, I like to see outstretched lawns and flower borders. I’d pay this purely on the location, the property elsewhere wouldn’t really appeal to me

Well, there goes my lunch. The interior of this is practically vomit-inducing. The exterior isn’t bad, but the front and back don’t match each other; the two pictures showing each make it look like two different houses.

Totally agree. Nausea inducing. But the place looks like it has nice bones so after the furniture was hauled out into the front yard and the bonfire finally subsided, I could probably do something with what is left.

Lisa Vanderpump’s home was far nicer.

Hideous interiors. Exterior is a pastiche of McMansion parts and pieces.

Not a fan of the home, but I loved the couple. It’s a shame they’re getting a divorce. They seemed almost normal compared to some other RH couples!

Beautiful exterior; don’t much care for the interior other than the gold throughout which I think looks classic and beautiful. Other than that it’s just another Beverly Hills mansion to me. But don’t get that twisted it’s a beautiful home. I still prefer the Vanderpump’s former home across the street on 50 Beverly Park. It was truly one of a kind. So tastefully done. Flowed so well. The excessive white and silver throughout was absolutely brilliant. It’s mirrored & glass surfaces are to die for. Hand’s down my favorite home in the world. I cannot find another home that fits me so perfect. I love it. Can’t believe it recently caught on fire:(

Let me clarify that I submitted the previous comment before looking through all of the photos. I’m not just “not a fan of the home,” I hate it. It’s disgustingly gaudy and looks like something I would expect from a Russion oligarch or some Middle-Eastern Sheikh. The decor is tacky and pretentious, and actually maks me think less of the couple. No wonder they showed very little of the interiors on RHBH

Agree the house across the street on the show was far more elegant and tasteful in what seemed like an all white interior decorating scheme. This interior is early African dictator. I’ve seen the show and the Las Vegas casino high roller suite comes to mind when viewing this place. On a positive note, the owners actually seemed that they were normal and down to earth when compared to the crazy fame whores on most reality television. Sad about the personal side of the home, but money cant buy happiness they say.

I never liked this house. I always thought Lisa Vanderpump’s house was much better. Lisa’s house had a few interior details I didn’t like and some parts of the interior were too feminine but over all it was a way better home and the grounds and landscaping were amazing. This home looks really cheaply made and the furnishings are so gaudy and tacky. I think the Gorga home is much less gaudy. And that curved wall in the foyer looks cheap and weird.

Don’t like it at all. Looks like a McMansion on steroids.

My parents actually live down the road around the corner from the Maloof Mansion & it is fabulous in side & out. I’ve been in it many times for events she has had & plus she’s a fabulous family friend.

Well, I’d hate to hear what Jeff Lewis would say about this one! It certainly isn’t my cup of tea. They’ll never get that asking price. The interior needs serious renovation! The exterior…it is what it is!
