Wow. Just a fantastic property from Paul Courchene. Elegant, not overly done, great decor. Just not seeing what could have been done to warrant the extra $1.1M ask from the original $5.8M purchase in 2010. The guest house attached is a nice touch. I’d definitely dig deep for this one.

It looks like a generally lovely house. The front facade looks a little pinched, and I’m not a fan of the light blue shutters. The interior has a lot of potential. After getting rid of the Pottery Barn catalog that’s passing for an interior there are some nice spaces. Its biggest drawback is that it’s nowhere near the ocean, and I would not pay this much to live in Florida this far from the beach.

A very quaint home and a nice change from the overdone Mediterraneans. Coruchene has done some very beautiful homes, including the home Kevin James just purchased in Delray Beach.

Some more photos of this home as well as some others he’s done here:

Yeah, not bad. The exterior is somewhat “precious” but certainly not objectionable by Florida standards. The interior has a few elements that look out of place, like the strangely faux-rustic exposed beams.
