For the most part it’s a nice house I just don’t get why the realtor didn’t list the square footage of it. Considering the area and location I think they come close to getting the asking price.

Those windows are terrible. Interior is typical.

This looks like Joe Gorga quality. I don’t see how they get away with making something so cheap and charging so much. I think if I were buying something in the $5 million to $10 million range i’d just have to find an old house that was made back when they used quality and just renovate it. You can buy an older quality home in Buckhead for example for around $5 million all though it may need some renovating cause its old.

Typical Mcmansion. NOthing too exciting. Some of the details are nice. I like the ceiling in the bedroom and I like the chandelier in the foyer.

This is a model house. Since they don’t seem to know the square footage, I declare it a toy model on some apartment dweller’s common lawn.

This used to be former Atlanta Braves pitcher John Smoltz home before he sold it and moved to Alpharetta.

Not true David, Smoltz lived next door to this house, to the left when facing the house. The Sullivan family built this home and Smoltz sued them because the house was so big it blocked the sun to his pool. Smoltz indeed later moved to Alpharetta.
