Hideous facade. Looks like the back of a Porsche dealership. Kitchen is extremely cramped. Pool ain’t bad. Price is optimistic to say the least. I’d much rather have these:

“Looks like the back of a Porsche dealership.”

I like the place…but that line is funny…and absolutely true. 🙂
Would’nt be surprised if the garage doors opened…and someones’ Cayenne was on a service lift.

Another white-box contemporary…yawn. Not that I have anything against contemporary, but houses like these don’t show much creativity or originality.

Gonna disagree here. I’ll take “Brutalist White Box” over “Neo Tuscan / Mediterranean” any day of the week. (just preference…I guess) Whatever the case…THIS is one of the reasons I love Miami: Sexy people…Sexy architecture…Sexy settings.Only LA matches it in variety of residential architecture.I give the edge to Miami when it comes to “going modern” however.

The bungalow / pool area looks at least partially cribbed from The Delano…about four streets east of there.

This looks like it belongs in Malibu, where you need to squeeze every square foot you can out of your lot. I thought most Miami houses came with a bit of land. I am not a fan at this price. Looks way too crammed onto the lot.
