It looks like a cheap attempt at Miami modern. Photo 2 really should be omitted. The durability of the wood floor in the living areas is questionable.
Not a fan.
Obviously staged- so property could have been vacated long ago. Thus, curious why no outdoor photos except for the front view-it has a pool…
This screams London new build on the inside.
Haha it sorta does!
This home looks like a joke from the outside.
The interiors seem quality although not very tasteful (the Brunswick Manhattan pool table is $20k+ alone.)
I agree with the London new build theme, and the rear is just a mystery.
the interior is absolutely flawless. totally my style. i love the dark wood floors and black and white decor. thanks kenny!
Well the interior is not as bad as the tacky Challenger in the driveway led me to believe it would be, but it’s still not my thing. Pass.
I liked the laundry room. That’s about it. The front hallway you could play handball off of, like a concrete overpass wall. The dining room looked like it was in a walled in porch. The black and white thing everywhere else was as warm as a speculum.
A beauty parlor in a house? How lazy are you?
No, the laundry room. Definitely…..although it too could use a table for sorting.
The prep kitchen behind the kitchen is interesting. I have never seen a kitchen executed just this way, and for entertaining, it likely works quite well. Rather than a completely separate butlers area, the integration is more direct and seamless.
He’s now with the Brooklyn Nets, so I am sure he’ll have an interesting apartment up there, too.
I think the house is very tasteful and unpretentious. Very well done and in a nice neighborhood. I have to say when I read it belonged to an athlete I was expecting the worst.
