I think it’s tacky to have so many amenities in a house. It’s kind of like: I can afford everything, so build me 10 extra rooms for any purpose or reason that crosses your mind so I look rich and cool.

It’s not on the water. Missing the most important feature…

    59.5 mil in 2009

    43.5 mil in 2012

so the price drop has been $16 mil or an average of over 5.3 mil a year, wonder what the final selling price will be?

All those extra amenities aren’t a “Hey, I’m rich and cool” excuse, the reason is “Hey, I’m world famous, and if I go ANYWHERE I’ll be mobbed”..Sorry, but most celebrities have the extras cause they can’t live like you and I, even if they wanted too. That being said, I love all the extras..If I were rich, I’d have them too..Fun times at home, no need to go out.

I know it was already said, but I think this bears repeating…$400,000 a month and it’s NOT ON THE WATER.

Not on the water but its hard to secure an open waterfront home on the beach. Much easier for the security staff to keep this land locked parcel secure for the duration. That was probably a major decision.

Im sorry but I would love for that stuff to be in my home. I hate when people say oh it’s useless what if you use it? It’s tacky. Why? What if you want it and can afford it some people want a theatre and rock climbing wall. Well whatever we all know they ain’t actually buying it.
