Location is a tad sketchy. The banya (sauna) is nice.
I love this house, the only thing that concerns me is all the glass. As cold as Russia is, I only wonder if the house can be kept livable in the 10 month long winter.
It has potential. Some of the material looks substandard, the patio decking and the exterior wood joinery are all second rate. Over the top on the interior. I kind of like this house. Would love to see an areal showing the location, but I know Russia has laws about that. Price is outrageous as usual.
The outside is interesting, and not in a bad way. I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite house, but it has some interesting elements. The dark wood on the exterior actually looks like oxidized steel from a distance, and I like the surprise that it’s a different material. The courtyard looks remarkably uninviting; it reminds me of something one would expect in a sanitorium of some sort.
The interior is an abomination; it’s truly a sin against tasteful design.
As for the price, it’s hilarious.
