Completely not my style. Pretty views though.

I’ve been in this house, and I can say that it’s far nicer in person than in the over-saturated HDR pics in the listing. However, it is VERY beige, inside and out. The style is completely typical of about 75% of the Seattle-area houses built in the last 8 years; some stucco, some stacked stone, and some odd window placements (just to keep it interesting). The house did seem very comfortable, but needs some life breathed into it, and a lot of that beige replaced with something else. I appreciate that it’s on the east side of the point, which means the boat dock doesn’t get constant boat wakes in the summer or the noise from the 520 floating bridge. Hunts Point is beautiful but pretty dull for the most part. All that said, I’ve been in comparably priced (or less expensive) houses on the west side of the lake that I’d take in a heartbeat over this one.

Typical techie house. Nicely engineered but not really imaginative.

I just cannot find a single thing I like aside from the view.

I’m not a fan at all of exterior. The interior is quite warm but could definitely do with some more color. The setting is fabulous and beautiful. I love the tall trees right around the gate.
