Property developer Mohamed Hadid has just listed his newest mega mansion project! If you don’t already know, Mohamed built the gorgeous Le Belvedere mansion located at 630 Nimes Road which sold for $50 million back in 2010. That home boasted 48,000 square feet of living space. Well, Mohamed has been working on a new home ever since his last one sold. We talked about it a few months ago when it was featured on the reality show, Shahs of Sunset. It has since been finished and is now on the market.

This breathtaking mega mansion, dubbed Le Palais, is located at 904 North Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills, CA adjacent to the Beverly Hills Hotel. Just like his last home, it also boasts a whopping 48,000 square feet of living space. Features include 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, hand-cut Lalique-style glass doors and crystal chandeliers throughout, Moroccan room, wine cellar, elaborate Turkish bath with hand-carved Egyptian limestone columns and marble walls, full bar made of Persian Onyx, 36-foot long indoor swimming pool, 50-seat home theater, outdoor swimming pool, swan pond, numerous outdoor sculptures, 10-car garage and much more. It is listed at $58,000,000, making it one of the most expensive homes for sale in California.

Le Belvedere’s interior has a much more old world and traditional feel to it. I guess Mohamed wanted to change it up a bit, because the interior of this home is much more modern.
