Not bad but not my style.
Very nice. They seem to have a real talent for interesting rooflines.
Their large suburban homes are far more successful than their urban townhouse pictured here. That white random laid stone facade looks wrong with all the formal cast balustrades, pilasters and window fenestration.
However, they do provide their clients with a bucket load of dormers, gables, peaks and complex rooflines to keep them happy.
All of them are quite interesting, I really like number 2 and 4. I think these homes are very “in” at the moment and a company like this should do really well.
Meh, I don’t really like none. They look like apartments.

They’ve done well on these homes, I really like the Georgian in the second to last picture and the chateau style home in the first. Also, the townhouse isn’t all that great, but I can bet it looks better than the clapboard siding monster with a siding chimney to the left of it.

the front door is the one with the double doors, the other is the service entrance
but still that might be complicated for people who aren’t fortunate enough to be able to ever use let alone come in contact with a service door on a residential home. i personally don’t see the importance of it.

Big houses built on little lots to the inch of zoning codes. I believe that #1 is the builder’s own home still on the market. Typically spec homes sold by the builder’s wife’s real estate business. Houses stay on the market for a long time and eventually sell.
Heritage Builders quality is extremely poor!!! Buy a brand new house and watch it fall apart in a few years. You end up paying three times as much on all the repairs, as you did for the house
