Eh, not a fan of this. I hate the exterior color and the interior is devoid of personality. *Could* be a good space with a skilled decorator. Love the master bath though.

Agree with Daniel, better decorating will bring this up a notch.

Love the exterior and the existing stone work is great and I (of course) love the interior style, however amazingly so, I do agree that while the interior should absolutely stay in the glam-modern vein, a fair number of the color choices on both the walls & furniture should be replaced. LOVE LOVE LOVE the indoor pool. And Dan, I’m BREATHLESS that you actually used the word “love” with regards to the master bath! Cheers…..again, another similarly shared viewpoint between us. One thing though…..WHY, oh why, has the Lamborghini been shown in the garage photo?!? Stupidity at it’s worst….is it included in the price of the house? These realtors………….:-(

Many times homes are staged with items that do not convey with the purchase. I would think of a Ferrari, such as the one here, as a piece of art that is hung to help the listing appear more attractive. Just another point of view…

Ha! Well Barney, you’ll be shocked to know that spending Memorial Day weekend in L.A. has caused me to fall in love with SOME styles of mid-century modern. Two homes that I would live in in a heartbeat:

      and

Something about a city lights view that is truly magical, especially when viewed through floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook an infinity-edged pool.

        ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

O.k, WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH THE REAL DANIEL?!?!

I’m seriously ASTOUNDED….honestly, have you had a near-death experience of a closed head injury?! LOL…….you’re right about both of them, ESPECIALLY the FIRST one….OMG OMG OMG. It is MOST SERIOUSLY breathtakingly beautiful
and the photographs are equally stunning. Can you IMAGINE having a party there and inviting people that you’ve known all your life to that place without then having ANY idea of what your new home was like?!? The fantasy boggles the mind. Thanks for sharing (I THINK, ’cause now I wanna’ go kill myself EVEN MORE after seeing them :-(((.

Hmm, if I had $25 million and were given a choice between a rowhouse the size of a large suburban home and a mega-mansion on several acres…
