Is it bad that I like the little cottage more than the main house? Interior is ho-hum, and that bathtub is a death trap.

The decor is very staid…and the incorporation of a mock lighthouse is almost always a disaster on a home, this one included.

The piece of land looks very nice, but the home doesn’t make much of an impression. I do like the barn thing though.

When real estate taxes are listed on a monthly basis, watch out. It equals over 190,000.00 a year. Those real estate agents are slime bags.

Long Island taxes are ridiculously high and St James is no exception. I like the indoor pool level from both the interior and exterior. While the interior decor is tame, I much prefer to err on this side of taste then going overboard and having embarrasingly bad interiors. The property and views are beautiful.

Once again an example of smaller buildings outclassing their main residence. Although the main house isn’t a complete abomination. I also doubt the square footage is that high. When viewing it on Bing maps, it looks much smaller. I assume that measurement includes a lower level and the separated buildings, not the true livable square footage.

The home itself isn’t ugly but that lighthouse is a complete fail.

I can’t get past the tax bill. That is insane. How could you ever relax in this place knowing that that tax bill just kept accumulating every month?

If I could afford 20,000,000+ for an estate, I could care less that my taxes were in the six figures…and low six figures at that!! That being said, interior is boring, except for the indoor pool..although even that needs some life breathed into it. I could do alot to this place, especially with 32 acres. I do like the look from the back, but then again I like houses that look different; I have zero interest in ever having a house that looks like all the rest of the Sheeples..

The indoor pool looks lovely. The outdoor pool looks like someone dug a hole, put concrete to seal it, and filled it with water. Looks bad
