I like it. The architecture is cool without being “cold”. However, this is a bit further east than I would want to live in the Hollywood Hills. And those fake plants need to go.

I like the exterior and the art feature in the front. The interior looks like a conference center. I think the interior has potential, it needs a lot of work. It looks kind of 70’s style, especially the sunken conversation pits. I didn’t know they still made those.

Not that this has anything to do with the characteristics of the mansion, but the estate was used a lot in the previous season of Californication. Was fun to see it here on Homes of the Rich =)

This was the filming location in the Paul Rudd and Jason Segal film ‘I Love You Man’ that was supposed to be Lou Ferrigno’s house.

Aside from the cheap looking tile in the master bath, it’s a gorgeous house.

I don’t hate it as much as I thought I would. Still, not really my style but not too bad as far as contemporaries go.

I like the pool and the view. The rest, not so much. Looking at the pics, it was very obvious that it was designed in the late 1980s/early 1990s. It’s not the type of contemporary design that appeals to me. For the price, I’d prefer a mid-century modern house, or two, in the Bird Streets or Trousdale Estates.

Definitely a bachelor pad – given the size of that kitchen. I like the beach volleyball court for the visiting bunnies. Fit for Charlie Sheen no less.

All I gotta say is cheap and tacky. I don’t know how people see these cheap contempary houses made of cardboard and think they are supposed to be actual nice quality homes.

Wow, there are few contemporary homes I like, however, this one is stunning. I love it and would own it in a heartbeat. Its truly amazing.

Love the architecture, shapes, spaces, lines but agreed….the interior design has GOT TO go, and be completely updated. It makes the beautiful house indeed, look WAY TOO MUCH like a conference center. Love the whole thing, EXCEPT for THAT “KITCHEN”?!?!?! That CANNOT be the main and/or only one for the whole house! Great house though…when I got done with it, all of you guys (EXCEPT for Tony) would luuuuuuuv it.

    Kenneth Anderson owns it,

he invented some hardware gizmos and computer code that made high speed internet a reality,

without him we would still be stuck in the stone age,

kenneth rented the mansion out to Eddie and Lukaz, they owned a fashion company from europe

it was party central for the hip, nouveau riche, great looking young crowd in los angeles in the early to mid 2000 era,

    good times, 😉
