Some amazing houses. These look like 18th and 19th century houses. What would be interesting to me is how these houses function. The trouble with some of these authentic “old piles” is they are drafty and require phenomenal sums of money in upkeep and maintenance. I wonder if these are completely modern. It seems like a good way to keep the old house without all the old house costs.

Some stunning residences, but none look all that…homey (with the exception of #1). Nothing a little LANDSCAPING couldn’t solve. Gorgeous details though.

I love them all especially #2. They all look like mini country homes.

Quinlan Terry design some of the best looking properties I’ve seen and are beyond exclusive. Picture 6 has recently just sold, located in Regent’s Park it was owned and developed by Lord Bagri. A beautiful house and great location but its next door to the London Mosque which towers above it so the privacy is poor and theres a lot of footfall on that street.

I though I’d share this with you; it was listed last week at a price in excess of £40 million. I live less that 2 miles from this property and in NO WAY in ANY PROPERTY MARKET is this house worth that price. A stunning home, but half the price and you are some way closer to an acceptable price for this home.
