The exterior of this is relatively charming, but it’s also relatively boring. The front facade actually looks like two nondescript tract houses side by side. The back of the house is better, but it still looks like two houses that were joined at some point. The interior takes the terms “characterless” and “boring” to new heights. None of it is particularly bad, and there are even some bright decorative moments scattered here and there, but overall it’s very uninteresting. The ceilings seem really low, and when they’re not (the library), the overall scale of the room seems off.
I’m curious what the asking price is, since it isn’t in your description Kenny, and the link to the listing goes only to an error page (for me at least).
Just fixed it, sorry!
I agree with Grrrowler, looks like two tract homes joined at the waist. Interior is pretty impersonal.
Yeah, I got the “Siamese twin” effect looking at the pics too. Most of what I see here is quaint, in a generic kind of way. Nothing raises my heart rate at all here.
A library with no books…
At least it’s in one of the nicest areas of town
The library, shower, and paneling in the dining room are nice, but thats it. I have a strong hatred of colonials.
The pool and pool house are nice.
