I’d take the model over the house.

The model answers the age old question “How much can one developer possibly cram onto a 2 acre site?” Looks like every last inch of the 2 acre site gets paved over. Surprisingly very bad.

The model is just a jumbled mess of various rooflines and building wings with no rhyme or reason. Has all the beauty of a suburban shopping center.

Am I the only person who finds Paradise Valley one of the most God-forsakenly BORING high-end real estate locations in the country?

It’s not as bad as everyone says. The mansion will look just fine after it has weathered for a while. Like a few hundred years.

At first I thought the architect was trying to design a small village effect but the more I looked at it the more I thought it was just cramped and crammed. Just used every inch of the lot and crammed as much on there as they could. Not a fan.

there’s a few nifty looking features like the bridge and the outbuildings, but in the end this is a pretty messy layout… i really like the idea of this property but i’m not sure its a great execution.
