I don’t think you could find me a home that would make me want to live in Atlanta.

Obviously the grounds are more appealing than the house. What enormous front doors I might add!

The pond is ugly. Not only does it look like a cement basin full of Canadian goose poop water I am sure it is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Plus the sewer system is septic.

I really like this. The staircases are amazing. The tennis court is very well laid out and I like the whimsical touch of the theater architecture. The pool looks like a great place to hang out on those hot muggy Atlanta days. I even like the cozy feeling of that small study, kind of like a little man cave. I like the grounds and the guest cottage looks very comfortable and well sited. I would love to live in this house and Atlanta can be a lot of fun. The exterior architecture is nothing to write home about but it is OK.

Wow. 1997 for sure. Not much has been updated since then. The grounds are nicely mantained, but they are not “nice”. There’s nothing luxury or special about the property itself. If not maintained in a top-notch stellar condition, they will quickly look like crap. I’m not sure what to think of the pond. I think I like the idea of a pond like this one more than what I see here. The interior is pretty much a complete write-off if you ask me.

I definitely like the lifestyle this house can offer and I like the privacy of the surroundings. While maybe not executed perfectly, the amenities are great. Overall I think this is a comfortable house in need of a massive renovation. Cut the price in half and you’ve got a deal.
