    It’s a very nice house. I think the rooms look comfortable and well done for the most part. Sadly there are several big black marks against it. First, it’s in SoCal. Secondly, it’s nowhere near the ocean, and if one has to live in SoCal, it should at least be with a view of the ocean. Finally, the houses across the street are only a third the size of this. Why would anyone who wants to and can live in a house like this choose to live in a neighborhood that’s predominantly much smaller and much less expensive houses?

    All that said, I do like the house, but it belongs in the Carolinas, or somewhere else in the proper South.
