    Not bad. Probably obscenely expensive.

Looks about as comfortable as a bed made of a slab of concrete. Not by any stretch of the imagination the worst we’ve seen from Oz, but far from desirable in my opinion. Looks too much like a museum.

As an Australian, I am annoyed that no agents here advertise the square footage of the houses.

I found the live home auction process in Australia to inflate the price of homes as people tend to bid emotionally. Kind of like, when Billie and Mick bought a 700k house.

In the US auctions are used for homes in distress (foreclosure, REO…) – AS IS.

There seems to be a decline of live auctions in Australia, which they seem to take as a bad sign – however, I think it’s just human nature for people to be more cautious in uncertain times.

Haven’t we seen another Australian house very similiar to this? I am not sure if it is the same architect or same neighborhood or what but it was very similiar. A little jewel box of a house on a small lot. Very well done and proportioned. Good use of space on the small lot. I will look and see if I can find it.

A modern twist on a French townhouse. Superbly elegant and classic. That stair has such beautiful lines and proportions.

I love it, the chevron style wood flooring is positively divine in my opinion. Cute townhouse.

Very metropolitan. I love the wood floors and I think this would be a perfect in-town home in any major city.

Beautiful. Wonder what the 2nd floor balcony in the back overlooks-the neighbor’s backyard?
