It seems nice but $1 million per acre? R.S.F. is filled with multi-acre estates for a quarter of the price. And this really doesn’t look like 40 acres from the air, at least manicured acres. The sidewalk that borders the property is what I would consider the true acreage, not the barren land beyond it. Also, the home is the biggest is the community. Seems like the price is just there to attract on-lookers. I expect a 60-75% price reduction before this is sold.

Does the horse stable that’s behind their neighbors count as part of the 40 acres?

Another typically lovely RSF house. The grounds are beautiful; the house doesn’t look like anything special, at least compared to other houses in the area. The property records show that the property extends to just beyond the San Dieguito river so there’s room to expand the landscaped grounds, or have a few short horse trails. That amount of land in RSF is nice, but the price is still somewhat breathtaking.

Nice backyard, that’s for sure. I can see myself throwing the frisbee around out there.

RSF has to be my favorite area. All this needs is a water slide and a Zipper.

40 acres! Wow. From the outside, the home itself and the landscaped grounds just look a lot like someplace you’d book your wedding. And the price is, of course, egregious.

Oh wow. This has to be one of the better Meds I’ve seen. Personally the grounds are FAR nicer than the home itself. And with a price tag to match. Ouch.
