That gallery looks like it belongs in a doctors office. The rest of the rooms COULD work if…no..no it couldn’t.

The interior rooms look so barren and sterile. Damn shame, cause that view is pretty spectacular.

This is not my favorite Montecito house. The exterior a weird mid-century-modern-meets-mock-med mashup, and I don’t like it. The interior has potential (apparently my word of the day), but it’s got a long way to go before it could be considered stunning. As Daniel said, it looks so barren. Some of the spaces are really interesting, but they haven’t been handled properly. The view, setting, and grounds are all beautiful.

Agreed. The interior does nothing for me. And the floorplan is a little funky. But I do like all the screened porches. I love it when a house has many different areas to relax. $20 Million? Sheesh. I just about choked on my bagel this morning when I saw that.

What the Hell is going on with the furnishings? Some interesting pieces but it looks like the furniture and art has been cherry picked out of there and that is all that remains-dig the kitchen island stools and table chairs…

The exterior and view are very pretty, but the interior is just too spare for my taste. And I do agree with lambskin’s comment on how it looks like the good furniture has been taken and this is what’s left. And at $20 million, this is a no thanks for me.

This is totally bland and uninspired. And the price is ridiculous.
