Can you just imagine what that carpet looks like after all those kids watch a movie?

Probably one of Mitt Romney’s homes. He thinks he is going to DC.
I like the bunks beds for the many offspring. I have been to Utah a few times. Lots of hard working Mormons.

I’m glad I’m not the first one to mention Mormons. This place is perfect for a hard-working guy with 3 wives and 14 kids. The room with all the bunk beds is a little creepy. The house itself? Typical subdivision fare. I really hate the profusion of 2-story rooms, it really doesn’t make the place feel warm and cozy at all. Some different colors would be a good start, but it’s a lost cause to begin with.

Yes, on every point you made. Too many 2-story rooms. Creepy bunk bed room is creepy.

It’s so banal and uninteresting that it’s almost not worth commenting on. Funny comments regarding a Mormon homeowner with 14 kids!

The bunkhouse is for the kids friends to stay when they have sleep overs. Picture 19 with the combo laundry-home office is a great idea, something I would include in a house. If the house were in Texas or Arizona I would love it.

With a house this size I was expecting a nicer foyer.

    Ew. Dead grass.

It’s Bermuda or “Centipede” grass. People all over the South have that. Very drought resistant, but it goes dormant (brown) in the winter. Comes back nice and lush in Spring.

Agree on the underwhelming foyer- but at least not the obnixious double stairway three story deiling type. The property is too small for the house and the neighbors are really close. With 6 bedrooms, the girls room that sleeps 7 (including crib) is strange but would accomodate, sleep overs, multi- family functions.

Pretty typical for Utah. I’ll refrain from stereotypes of specific religions and specific family establishments. I’m mostly referring to the fact that we’ve seen this type of house a lot in Utah and Colorado. Yes, this home would fit a lot of kids which people in Utah tend to have a gaggle of kiddos. It’s very activity oriented and looks like it could stand up to some abuse by a large family. I’m honestly not fond of having a large room full of bunk beds unless you’re the Octomom and have mutiple twins. I would like to see most of the kids having their own room or at lease only shared with one other child, not five. Kids coming over to visit can sleep on the floor or an air mattress. Sorry. I’m sure 3 laundry rooms is a necessity with many kids, but couldn’t you just have one large laundry room rather than three?

Decor-wise this house is insanely boring, but the price seems to reflect that. Inside and out it’s not my style, but you could do a lot worse and I’m sure this house will have no problem selling quickly.

Just a typical house with some marble and glitter thrown in. Does nothing for me.

The bunk bed room? The Adult bed and the crib?

Reminds of the pods from the Matrix or where the Borg collective grew new babies.

Or one of those cults where they all sleep in the same room before killing themselves together.
