I would choose the first one. But that don’t mean much. :/

Because of my South Florida bias, I’d obviously go for one, but three is stunning as well. However, I’d also go for one because I think it is most realistically priced out of the three. Two is heinous, and three has been on the market for how long and has had how many price reductions? Granted #1 isn’t exactly a new listing, but I think it could easily sell in the $50 million range, something I think the other two cannot do even in the best market.

Number three, hands down. Number one is nice, but it’s not my style, and doesn’t feel unique. Number two is just plain annoying; it needs a zero dropped off the end of the price. Number three has been on the market a while, but it’s interesting and chock full of character. I still don’t think it’s worth $70 million, but I don’t think any of them are.

Easily #3. I’ve always loved “Tranquility”. It’s definitely one of my all time favorites. It’s so luxurious but also charming and comfortable. Perfect. Unfortunately the price tag reflects it. Ouch. I wonder why it’s been on the market so long. If this was priced closer to $40-50M, would they get more bites? But for 210 Tahoe acres, what did you expect? Maybe they should start selling some land instead?

#1 is also very nice, but unless it was a vacation home of mine I’m not interested. The interior saves it. Based off the exterior alone, I don’t like it much. And for $74.4M? Now you lost me.

#2 is a joke. Other than a few details and amenities that I like, this house is SO unappealing. Being close to $80M makes that much more ridiculous. Like Grrrowler said, lose a zero and we’ll talk.

Kenny, you should have added that house from Flathead Lake in Montana. I think that was $78 as well? 🙂

Its not just the house that makes number 3 the obvious choice. Its Lake Tahoe, and its the Eastern side of the lake. No income taxes. Its Nevada. Zephyr Cove is extremely exclusive and there is literally no more developable land left in the tahoe basin, especially for mega mansions. Like 90 percent of waterfront land is preservation/ national park and most of the peaks surrounding are too, such as where this home is located. If you didn’t vote for 3, then you probably have never been to Tahoe, because it is in my opinion, it is one of the most magical and breathtaking places on the planet.

I’d have to go with #3 because Lake Tahoe is one of the most beautiful places in North America. My issues with its style is hard to explain: it’s too contrived yet not whimsical enough. Number 2 is completely disgusting…it looks like a fancy Dallas mortuary from an episode of GCB.
