Great price. Loving the stone-flooring, especially in the rotunda foyer. The bar/mini-kitchen that’s in what appears to be the recreation/cinema room would come in handy, but could be distracting. Not huge on the carpet in there (looks like corduroy!).

Hmmm, is the location a piece of poop or is this home just reasonably priced….

The last photo shows the property line extending well into the man made lake. I wonder if they are counting that as part of the 7 acres, and the useable portion of the lot is much smaller?

I thought the same thing. I’m curious as well.

Well, the price is certainly reasonable, but considering the location and the national spotlight this town is in, I’d just pass on it. My biggest gripe with the exterior is the oddly-positioned front entrance – why would you twist it so it faces one of the garages? It looks very squished to me. Interior looks better-than-decent considering the price. Actually, it looks like it belongs in Arizona or Nevada.

Better-than-average typical Med. The exterior is easily the best part although it always scares me when all the pictures are at night. No major complaints from me. Not a lot stands out to make me remember this home. Cookie-cutter isn’t quite the right description. Typical is a good word.

It’s a nice interpretation of mock-Med. It doesn’t offend me like some do, but it doesn’t thrill me either. One thing I actively dislike is the garages surrounding the main entrance. It looks like there’s enough land available so that a separate motor court could have been created. The interior is a blank slate, but not a bad one. It’s got some potential, that’s for sure. Overall, it’s nice but doesn’t have anything special about it. The biggest drawback for me is the location. The neighborhood itself looks fine, but I would never choose to live in the center of Florida.

With some decent decorating, this could be an actually quite good, comfortable home. The price provides a good excuse to throw a couple hundred thousand into making it your own, and still feeling good about how much you spent.

Nice home – kitchen has right proportions, but fridge should’ve been a built-in considering the rest of the appliances custom look.

However, I’m far too tan to live in Sanford.
